I need to drink at least eight glasses of water a day
Contrary to a popular belief perpetuated by bottled water companies, eight glasses of water is typically too much for most people. You only need ninety-one ounces of fluids a day, a large part of which comes from foods you eat as well as other beverages you drink. In fact, over-hydrating will flush essential vitamins and electrolytes out of your bloodstream. Trust your body’s natural signal: thirst.
