MYTH: You should not exfoliate dry skin

When you moisturize and moisturize and your skin is still dry … you need to exfoliate. The layer of flaky, dead skin cells is preventing your moisturizer from penetrating. Use gentle exfoliation on the thick dry areas and follow immediately with a rich moisturizer. The same rules apply for the lips!
